Carrot and green peas sabji 

Half kilo carrots diced in square pieces
Half kilo peas- peeled
One tomato _ diced
Mustard, jeera, hing
Dry spices- haldi pwd, Mirchi pwd, coriander pwd, garam masala
Corriander leaves

Method : In kadai add 2 tbsp oil add mustard seeds, jeera and hing. Add the veggies ...stir and close and cook for five mins...add three tbsp water and cook the veggies until the peas are cooked. U can also add green lasoon or lasoon crushed
Add salt and tomatoes to it…now add all the dry spices- and cook for five min closed add the coriander leaves...eat it with hot chappaties, yummy
